Located a few miles off the beaten Palm Springs trail, our Dillon Road oasis is a peaceful place to rest up in silence with neighboring 55-and-better RV-ers. Watch the sunrise and enjoy unobstructed views of the San Jacinto and San Gorgonio Mountains, mineral springs hot tubs, and new friends.

RV Rates

Electricity is metered on the monthly rate. Prior season rates do not carry over into the next season, with new rates effective May 1st.

Note: In the event a park model home needs to be placed on an RV site, any standing RV reservation may be assigned a different site to accommodate this situation. This includes locked-in reservations.

Deluxe RV Site

Standard RV Site

Elite Sites — Upgraded back-in RV sites. May have fencing for privacy, enhanced landscaping, mountain view or seating area.

Deluxe — These sites are close to amenities and the clubhouse area. Deluxe sites have enhanced landscaping.

Standard — Regular sites are interior lots within walking distance of the clubhouse and amenities. These sites are back-ins and have a concrete pad.
