Homeowner Options
Whether you want to use your getaway several months out of the year or you plan to own your home for the purpose of renting it out, we have an easy option that will help you off set the costs of your getaway.
Option 1: Full Time Rental
With this option, you’ll be able to offset the costs of your getaway and generate income!
Revenue Breakdown:
70% revenue to owner
30% agency management fee
Option 2: Part Time Rental
Black out up to 4 months a year for personal use (no more than 40 days from January 1-May 1) and we will rent the home when you are away!

65% revenue to owner
35% agency management fee

The resort team does all the work to get your home rental ready so you don’t have to worry about it!
Pay a flat fee for all the furnishings, decor, household items, guest materials and installation. Financing at 0% interest for the set up available.
Home set ups completed in 60 days or less. Secure your spot in the queue when you sign!
