RV Rates

Rates are effective May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AFTER THIS DATE. MONTHLY RATES DO NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY.

Note: In the event, a park model home needs to be placed on an RV site, any standing RV reservation may be assigned a different site to accommodate this situation. This includes locked-in reservations.

RV Site TYPES

Each RV site at Caliente Springs Resort is unique. Find out which site type you would enjoy the most below!

Elite RV Sites

Elite Sites — Upgraded back-in RV sites. May have fencing for privacy, enhanced landscaping, mountain view or seating area.

Deluxe plus RV Sites

Deluxe Plus — These upgraded sites have a patio, crushed stone, enhanced landscaping and are trimmed with river rock.

Deluxe RV Sites

Deluxe — A sand based full hook up site in an enhanced location! These sites have a mountain view, are close to the clubhouse or are located on the golf course.

Standard RV Sites

Standard — Regular sites are interior lots within walking distance of the clubhouse and amenities. These sites are back-ins and have a concrete pad.
