At Caliente Springs we’ve been been hard at work making improvements to the resort to make your next trip out to Caliente even better!

Fitness Center Update!

The fitness center has a whole new look! We’ve moved the fitness center to a larger room located inside the clubhouse. It's now twice the size of the old fitness center!

​We've added five brand new strength machines. Hung a multi-mount bar with a TRX strap for strength training with your own body weight, assisted stretching, and balance movements.
​
We also enhanced our functional fitness area with free weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Stay cool and hydrated with our new filtered water machine and brand new air conditioning system in the fitness center as well.

The fitness center is now a lot more spacious to better accommodate our residents and guests! Check out the photos below…

NEW SHade Sails!

Our latest and greatest improvement at the resort is our Brand NEW Shade Sails!

These shade sails will block out the sun while you relax or play water sports in our mineral pools! The new shade sails over the pool area update and modernize the look and feel of the pools. Here’s what one of our residents had to say about them:

One of our Summer projects was to install a brand new security gate arm at the entrance to the resort! This new improvement only allows one car to pass through at a time and increases security at the resort.

NEW SECURITY GATE ARM

The brand new gate arm at the resort features an automatic arm and exit spike strips at the front entrance of Caliente Springs! This allows for one car to enter at a time and enhances the security at the resort.

PERGOLA ShADE Structure plan

We’re currently in the process of installing new sun shades above the clubhouse mineral pools. This is an artist's rendering meant to give you an idea of what it will look like. Some details may be different when the sails are installed.
