Q. What do your sites look like?
A. We have dirt sites in different sizes up to 35' x 55' with mountain, lake and golf course views. Every site has a tree or two on the lot. We do not provide picnic tables or BBQ's on our sites.

Q. How close are you to Palm Springs?
A. Caliente Springs is approximately 12 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Sky Valley Resort is approximately 17 miles from Palm Springs and about 12 miles to Palm Desert and Indio.

Q. Do your spaces have 50 amp capabilities?
A. Yes, all our 1,316 RV sites at both resorts have 50 amp capabilities.

Q. Do you allow dogs?
A. Yes. We are a pet friendly resort.

Q. Can I get a discount (Good Sam, AAA, ect) on your weekly and monthly rates?
A. All discounts only apply to the daily rate. We have already included a discount in all our weekly and monthly rates.

Q. Do you chlorinate your hot springs?
A. Yes. The county of Riverside requires us to maintain properly chlorinated hot springs and pools.

Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A. During season (January-March) we are usually full and we strongly recommend making a reservation for that time.

Q. Does everyone in my party need to be over 55 to stay at Caliente Springs?
A. No. Only 1 person in your party needs to be 55+.

Q. Do I receive a discount if I purchase a season lease?
A. Yes. You will receive our best rates that are up to 80% off our daily rates!

Q. Can I rent my RV space?
A. No. Only you may use your site.

Q. What is a park model home?
A. A park model home is actually a DMV product that looks just like a manufactured home, only smaller. Advantage include you do not pay property taxes, mello roos, and they are transportable.

Q. How big are park model homes?
A. Park Model homes can be 400 prebuilt sq. ft. of living area and another 400 additional add on square feet of living area for a total of 800 sq. ft. of inside living area. Many homes have outside patios and decks for additional living space.

Q. Can I customize the home I want?
A. Absolutely. Customized designs are available to you including side rooms, decks and patios. Contact our sales office for more details.
